Matt went above and beyond in my family's search for a house. We were moving from out of town, so my initial correspondence with him was over the phone. My phone calls were answered promptly and no question was too small for him to get to the bottom of for me. Once we arrived in town, he was great at actually showing us houses within our price range and style. It took a lot of patience on his part because we were not sold on any house until we found "the one." Matt was then instrumental in negotiating the deal for us with the seller's realtor. He even caught an error in the final phase of the sale that saved us $500! Matt is smart, friendly, courteous and the realtor to go to in town, especially if you're moving from out of state. I will refer him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell, after my experience with him.
